January, 2026 - Lipton Ice Tea is back this summer for the hottest cultural event of the year, joining the Australian Open 2026 as the tournament’s official Ice Tea. The partnership brings Lipton’s ice cold refreshment into the heart of Melbourne Park, giving fans a crisp and uplifting way to stay cool as they follow the on court action, and making sure everyone is set for summer.
Lipton Ice Tea - the tea that changes everything - will be available at all bars across Melbourne Park for the duration of the tournament, making it easy for attendees to grab an ice cold drink as they move between matches. It’s tea for tennis in every sense, delivering a naturally refreshing lift that brightens your mood and keeps you feeling revitalised, making it the ideal thirst-quencher for long days at the tennis. With no artificial colours or preservatives, it’s a refreshing choice people can feel good about enjoying all day.
The partnership will also extend beyond the AO event, with limited-edition AO packs available across Australia in 500ml and 1.5L serves, as well as major grocer activations in Coles and Woolworths.
A major highlight of the partnership is the unmissable ‘Lipton Island’ activation at Topcourt. Designed with Gen Z in mind, it’s the only non-alcoholic space in the area and has been created as a place to cool down and escape the heat between matches. Think of it as an island oasis at the AO, built for those with a love for tea and a taste for something refreshing in the middle of the day.

Lipton Island will serve a line up of elevated iced teas created exclusively for the AO. Designed to deliver an unexpected lift with layered flavours and an instagram worthy finish, these Courtside Creations will be available only at Lipton Island and offer a refreshing break for tennis goers in the summer heat.
