Alexia is the CEO of the PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand foods business, leading the end-to-end operations across iconic snack brands including Smith’s, Red Rock Deli, Bluebird, Doritos, Sakata, Sunbites and Twisties.
Alexia has been with PepsiCo for more than 18 years, holding various senior roles within Australia and Asia Pacific, including Chief Commercial Officer for Australia Foods, PepsiCo ANZ. She was also General Manager – Malaysia and Singapore, where she had overall responsibility for PepsiCo’s portfolio across beverages, Quaker Oats and Snacks and Senior Director of Beverages, leading the business across Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore.
Alexia has more than 25 years of experience across the industry, beginning her career in finance and working across sales, revenue management and transformation. Prior to PepsiCo, she worked with leading global FMCG and retail businesses including Campbell Arnott’s, Goodman Fielder, and Sainsbury’s Supermarkets in the UK.
Alexia is passionate about championing diversity across all levels of the organisation. She has been a trailblazer within PepsiCo, helping pave the way for other females and she continues to champion female leadership across the organisation.
Known to everyone as “Lex”, Alexia lives in Sydney with her husband and three children. Outside work she enjoys taking on personal fitness challenges; whether it be running, half ironman or ocean swimming. She enjoys spending time with her family at the beach, exploring the world through travel, and great coffee.
Stephan Anderson
General Manager PepsiCo Beverages ANZ and Chief Financial Officer PepsiCo ANZ
Stephan Anderson is General Manager of PepsiCo Beverages Australia and New Zealand and was appointed in February 2024. In this role, Stephan has end-to-end responsibility for the beverages business and ensuring strategic alignment with our franchise bottling partners, Asahi Lifestyle Beverages and Frucor Suntory.
Stephan’s focus includes bringing innovations from PepsiCo’s iconic global beverage brands to local consumers, including the launch of bubly®, the first new brand PepsiCo has launched since operating in Australia and New Zealand.
Stephan also serves as Chief Financial Officer for the PepsiCo ANZ business, a role he has held since joining PepsiCo in 2022. In this role, Stephan leads the finance and strategy functions across PepsiCo ANZ’s three operating units; PepsiCo Foods Australia, PepsiCo Foods New Zealand and PepsiCo Beverages Australia & New Zealand.
Prior to PepsiCo, Stephan spent eight years with Asahi Beverages, where he held various senior strategy and finance roles. Stephan has also held finance positions in Europe and Asia with British Telecom, Antheuser-Busch InBev, Burger King and Kerry Foods.
Stephan is a board member of the Australian Beverages Council.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the University of Stirling and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
Originally from Scotland, Stephan relocated to Australia in 2013 where he lives with his wife and son. In his personal time, Stephan enjoys watching football and playing basketball with his son.
Lee Kent
General Manager PepsiCo Foods New Zealand (Bluebird Foods)
Lee Kent has been General Manager of PepsiCo Foods New Zealand since August 2025. In this role, Lee is responsible for the Bluebird Foods business, leading a cross-functional team of more than 360 people across our corporate offices and manufacturing site.
Lee has been primarily based in the UK for his eleven year PepsiCo career, where he has held various senior commercial roles across organised trade, traditional trade, eCommerce and value retail. In his previous role he served as Senior Sales Director for PepsiCo’s Tesco business, cultivating a world class E2E relationship that has delivered mutually beneficial results. He was a key member of the UK Sales Leadership Team, acting as Commercial Lead for UK snacks, collaborating with senior stakeholders cross Marketing, Supply and Finance.
Lee believes that diversity of thought can enable PepsiCo to accelerate growth, which drove him to launch PepsiCo’s first employee resource group focused on social mobility and employee inclusion.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Lee worked in the dairy industry with Arla Foods, one of the top global dairy manufacturers, where he developed a lasting interest in agriculture.
Lee holds an MA in Business Management from Newcastle University. Lee relocated to Auckland in 2025 where he lives with his wife and two children.
